It is strongly advised to complete this step before the webinar starts. Simply follow the instructions given in the confirmation message. You will be invited to download the WebEx software onto your computer.Click on the following link:

Click on Install.
You may receive a security warning. Simply click on Execute, or optionally tick the box if you no longer wish to be notified about WebEx softwar. A download window will open. When it's finished, you will receive a confirmation message. Simply click OK.
The email also contains a link to check if all the multimedia programs have all been installed.
Following this link, you will be invited to configure these programs.The first one (Flash Player) is highly recommended, whereas the other two are optional for the moment. Simply follow the steps indicated on the link "Check now".
Congratulations, your computer is now ready for the webinars!
This message is actually asking if you wish to switch on the sound...please reply yes. And please note that only Kaya can regulate the sound; you do not need to configure your microphone
It is very likely that the webinar has not yet started...all you need to do is wait till 7.30pm ( or the set time) to hear Kaya.
If the webinar has started and you can see Kaya, this usually happens because the Integrated VOIP has not been switched on when entering WebEx. To do so, you need to go into Menu:
Communicate -> Integrated VoIP -> Join Conference
If the option Join conference is not available, try disconnecting and re-connecting in the Menu as follows:
Communicate -> Integrated VoIP -> Leave Conference then Communicate -> Integrated VoIP -> Join Conference
If it still does not work, re-starting your computer and re-joining the webinar can help.
Make sure the Video heading or icon features in the WebEx program.
As above, you need to click on the Chat icon for it to appear.
The system does not allow all the particpants to exchange messages like in a discussion forum. That's why you only see your name. The system allows participants to send messages to the panelists only. To do so, write your message, 256 characters maximum at a time, and select the appropriate panelist (usually Christiane Muller for dream interpretation, or any other panellist available, to get help). Please note that you cannnot send a message to UCM Publishing.
